A Faery Goes to Jail.

Dear Dearest Diary,

Well, Michael got into HEAPS of trouble a couple days ago. See? He and BJ, this part drow ranger guy, went to this drowie place and got all messed up. And BJ came back kind of strange. He was all in touchification with his drowie side and got all cranky and mean and snotty.. But he's better now! But that's why Michael got into trouble.

He figured out that he had to scare BJ straight! See, BJ wasn't in his right mind. I guess he was in his left. I still don't understand that. But Michael figured out that if BJ KILLED Michael then BJ might snap back! But he didn't want BJ to REALLY kill him! So Michael put this oily stuff on the blade and it went through and didn't bleed and didn't even kill him really but Michael pretended that it did and so he lay on the ground and BJ thought he'd really killed him but he hadn't and Michael didn't even tell any of us, even Meren, and so he looked dead so I beat up on BJ but he didn't care because he was all back to his right mind again and very upset with himself but Michael moved and stopped Val who was going to kill BJ but didn't because Michael said he wasn't dead and Val believed him because he was moving and breathing and stuff and I believed him to because I could see he had his eyes open and so I went and turned bigger and beat up on him too but just his head and shoulders because I was SO mad at him but it was ok but the King had said not to fight before they had their duel and because they had fought anyway they had to go to jail so Val went to Jail and BJ went to jail and I went to jail hidden in Michael's shirt but there's a trial on Wednesday I think so we'll know what repercussions there will be.

I don't know what repercussions means......

Oh.. I should breath a little and write slower and use punctuation. That's what Nanny Nyx says. Punctuation is the annunciation to your words. I don't know what that means either, but anyway. More punctuation!! Yay!!!!!!

So we went to jail. BJ was awfully upset. I hope he ends up ok, but I was most worried about Michael. He feels so terribly guilty about it all, especially since it was going to help the boy he found that started it all. And he's awfully worried that Mali will hate him even MORE now! Poor Michael. :-( He's so worried he's praying. I've never seen Michael pray before, but he's so afraid he's going to loose everything. He knows that he defied the orders of our King, but he didn't know what else to do. I sure hope that our Dread Sovereign understands that.

Michael even drew two symbol thingies on the wall in his own BLOOD! Its kind of creepy. Diana left him a symbol of Pelor, but I guess those are his gods maybe? I don't want to ask him right now. He's so pale and sick with worry.

He's been so happy here and is afraid of all the things that could happen if he gets into real trouble. Like exile! What would happen then? Its pretty terrible, but I don't think their Majesties would kick him out. I mean, he was trying to HELP BJ.. And he did.. That must count for something, right? Michael couldn't stop in the middle and go tell the King, "Hey, I'm just pretending, so you act like I'm really dead, K?" Then it wouldn't have worked. Sigh. I hope he understands that, and the Queen too. I know Michael things really highly of them and would be so sad if they stopped liking him. At least Aly isn't really mad at him, she knows her duty though and still had to put him in jail which he understands so its ok I guess but it still stinks.. Oh! Punctuation! I forgot!

So we're in jail. I can slip out the bars and did. I went to the tavern and got a snack I'd left there before coming back. I saw Heaven again, she's a neato Pixie! I'll talk about her later, in another entry. I need to write about jail still! That's another thing Nanny Nyx says I do, get distracted to easily. I guess that's true. Especially if its shiny! Then I get REALLY distracted! Oh!! I did it AGAIN!!!!

I think the guards wanted to put me in a box or a jar or gag me or something. I had a tiny harmonica with me and played some sad songs. I also kept hitting the bars with a little tin cup and yelling 'Attica!' I'm not sure what storage has to do with jail, but it seemed appropriate. The guards told Michael that he better shut up his bug or he was gonna gag me, so I hushed up because Michael asked me to. Instead I sat on his shoulder quietly for the rest of the time because he was so worried. I'm worried for him too.

After a day they let us go. I went back to my mound and told Mnemneth what had happened. He said he liked the quiet for a change, but I could tell he missed me. I just hope my Auntie Cymbelina doesn't find out I went to jail!! She'll be SO MAD!
