| Bells rang around the counties of Clef de Coures and Flos de Terra, the lands of Lady Meren and Lord Michael. Runners on strong horses and sleighs spread the news in as timely a fashion as possible for the winter chill.

THE BABE IS KNOWN AS BERIANA LILIA DARKROSE. "

"A snow festival is suggested. If the weather is unseemly yet, please sent writ, and House Darkrose will make note to provide a Festival day at another time after the Vernal Equinox. None shall be slighted their chance to share in the family's joy due to capricious weather."
