Let me explain this a bit. Of course you are all Division Commanders, but I think
your titles should be different enough to delineate from each other.
Hence, the different title names. Because you have those lands under your
care you'll still be addressed as Duke or Duchess but that's not the title you
hold except for your land holdings within the kingdom. The reason why these are
titled Lord and Lady is because they are considered royalty. The Duke or
Duchess will have lands that are inclusive of several baronies within the
boundaries of their Duchees.

3) Classes: Attend 10 classes and teach 5.

The Marquess/Marchioness is second in command to the Duke/Duchess. Keep in
mind that each has their own special talents and can
benefit Solurius in many way. By the time you've reached this level you
should have a very good understanding of the
rules, regulations and structure of Solurius. Remember than our best
ambassadors are the people that love where they play.

When you have recruited 5 people you will work with them to build your barony. Each person has ideas and they should be developed to incorporate into your barony to make it vibrant and active. They will be bringing in people as well so make sure your interior structure is solid based on what we've laid out
here.

Viscount/Viscountess

The Viscount/Viscountess are not land holders beyond the lands they took as barons and baronesses. However they are further responsible for the infrastructure to develop the roads to the cities in the barony and to make sure each land holder in their barony has sufficient assistance to develop their land, farm, industry and such.

Baron

A baron has a large area of land which he/she is responsible for developing. Cities, town, villages and the such all need some form of commerce, whether it be farming, mining, forestry or some service industry to provide for this commerce.

Baronet

A baronet holds counties within a Barony. There should be no more than 4 baronets per barony. They are responsible for collecting taxes on the manors within the baronet's counties and presenting them to the baron.

Not bitching, but sort of confused....besides the fact people weren't sending in points, what was the issue with that? I mean, I know I didn't because promotion was more about getting better dice, and on a 2d system, really dice number wasn't that big of a deal with me.

Are we trying to encourage more participation with events, and if so, then why not include coordinate/host monthly event? Just tossing out ideas. Trying to wrap my head around this.
